When a current Wave customer refers a friend through Wave’s Refer-A-Friend program, both the referring customer and the friend can receive a $50 discount off their Wave service.
Here’s how it works:
- You and your friend fill out a Refer-A-Friend card, available at Wave locations, or fill out the same form below.
- You and your friend will receive a letter confirming enrollment in Wave’s Refer-a-Friend program.
- When the referred friend has been a customer for at least 60 days, the discount will begin appearing on the next billing statement. The service discount will be awarded in $10 increments, for 5 consecutive months.

Refer-A-Friend program is good for current Wave customers referring a new household to Wave service. Referred account must be active for a minimum of 60 days. Refer-A-Friend discount will be awarded in $10 increments for 5 consecutive months. Discount may take up to 90 days from date referred account was activated before awarded. Both accounts (referring and referred) must remain in good standing to continue to receive Refer-A-Friend discount. Referred new customer account eligible for one Refer-A-Friend discount, and cannot be referred by more than one current customer. Current customers eligible to receive discounts for referring up to 3 new customer accounts. Discounts for multiple referrals run consecutively, with only one referral discount active at a time. Wave is not responsible for a Refer-A-Friend card that is lost, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incomplete for any reason.
