Things are burning up at The Pepper Festival! Prepare for the heat with 20+ small batch hot sauce and salsa companies from around the world, Celebrity Chef Workshops, Hot Pepper Eating Contest, an adult bounce house and more. Plus, since peppers have a sweet side too, The Pepper Festival turns things up as a fundraiser for local children’s charities.

Bringing the bow-wow to Lincoln, Barktoberfest is here for another pup-rific fall festival! Besides taking sips out of your souvenir tasting glass with your brewed beverages, this dog-friendly event added a “Strut Your Pup” 1/2-mile walk. This 21+ festivity is raising funds for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Placer SPCA).

Got salsa on the brain? We’re talking salsa dancing, salsa music and, of course, the tasty sauce itself! Follow the rhythm to the 12th Annual Redwood City Salsa Festival where there will be sample tasting, free hands-on art projects, a Children’s Play Area complete with bounce houses, and more.
