My hero Don came to my aid when I was battered and bruised. He took me to the hospital and handled all my affairs when I was broken. He's a real hero to me.

Jennifer is a dedicated, generous, loving soul. Every year she donates her time to the county Youth Fair. She spends so much time volunteering, I'm not sure when she sleeps. She also drove around passing out toilet paper, canned goods and other hard to find items when the COVID quarantine first started. She continues this as the goes on. She volunteers every time and for anything she is asked to. She is also a major fundraiser and organizer for the Women in the Outdoors group. She dressed up as the Easter bunny this year and walked around town putting smiles on everyone's faces. I admire Jennifer so much. It takes a big heart to do what she does and ask nothing in return.

Miguel is an international college student from Panama. He's also a musician, which means that all of his performances were canceled. Not only that, but the second semester of his junior year moved to being completed online. Lastly, he can't fly home due to the airport shutting down. To provide for himself, he teaches violin lessons online and cooks for a family of four plus himself. He has helped my family by helping around the house, having such a great attitude every day, and making us laugh and smile. Quarantine would be so much more unbearable without him.

My hero is my husband Joey who is a firefighter/Paramedic. He is out there every day putting his own safety on the line for the community he loves. He takes a risk on every call he makes not knowing if the person he is assisting is the person who will test positive. He is also a navy veteran. Our hero is the best! 🧑🏽‍🚒❤️

I nominate Steven as an everyday hero. He works as an EMS healthcare worker! Steven risks his life every hour on the job serving ALL those in need of immediate medical help and transportation to hospitals including Coronavirus victims! He also risks the lives of his family with potential infections to them! Dedicated, Unselfish, caring for his fellow humans! I am proud of my grandson! I thank him and all health care for their help to humanity!
