2021 Sports Bill Credits FAQs

Due to the unique circumstances of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many professional sports were not played or broadcast in 2020. In response to this situation, we’ve been working with our Regional Sports Network (RSN) and other programming partners to secure refunds wherever possible. We intend to offer customers 100% of the refund that we receive as a courtesy adjustment. Starting in March 2021, customers will begin to receive adjustments as we are passing through one-time credits that we receive from networks and programming partners, in the markets where a refund was provided to us. The courtesy adjustments will be applied automatically and customers will be notified via email and in their billing statements.
