Lisa is an IT manager for a non-profit that provides early education to our most vulnerable young: those born into low-income families. Since this pandemic started, Lisa has tirelessly and daily worked to get teachers set up to be able to work with these pre-school age kids online/remote. Loss of forward movement at this age can negatively impact their readiness for regular school. Lisa has made sure all teachers have the tools they need to teach and continues to instruct them in the use of technology to keep the kids on track for their future. I have not heard one word of complaint from her, she just continues to smile and go to the next task in front of her.

Tiffani works as a nurse practitioner in the emergency room at the children's hospital and at the urgent care so she is on the front lines of this pandemic. She has two small children at home and is always worried that she will bring this virus home to them. However, she goes to work to help children.
