To request a record of phone calls you have made and received on your Wave Home Phone account, please give us a call at 1-866-928-3123. Please be ready to provide the following:
- Account holder name
- Account number
- Account address
- Wave-provided telephone number
- Type of records requested (ie. incoming, outgoing, or both)
- Time period of request
