Transfer Your Phone Number to Wave

Ready to make the move to Wave’s home phone service? In many cases, you may have the option to keep your current phone number when you make the switch, making the transition even easier!

In order to keep your current phone number, it needs to be ported over to our service. Phone number porting requires third-party verification to validate your request per FCC regulations.

You can submit the third-party verification online by completing an: Electronic Letter of Agency (LOA).

Your consent on the LOA authorizes Wave to act as your agent for the purpose of ordering changes in telecommunication services for the phone number listed on the LOA.
