We are in the process of upgrading our network to enhance the quality and security of digital video signals, create network space for future product enhancements, and improve performance and reliability of all the services Wave provides.

This digital upgrade requires equipment. If you already have Wave equipment on your TV’s, you’re all set. If you don’t have equipment on all of your TV’s, you will need it. Here three easy ways to get ready to go digital:

1. Get a basic universal converter that you can install yourself. Order online or visit your local store and pick one up.
2. Choose from enhanced digital equipment options and Wave will install it for you. Call us at 1-855-971-1245 to order.
3. Test drive all the equipment options or pick up a universal converter self install kit at a location near you.
4. Visit one of our events in a area near you to learn more.

It’s important to know that you will not receive your channels without digital equipment – make sure you can keep viewing your channels now!

When will my area be upgraded?

Each area will be upgraded at different times. Check your mailbox for details about your specific upgrade date and watch TV for commercials letting your know the upgrade is coming soon.

Will my channel line up change?

Please take a moment to consider what channel tiers you subscribe to. As part of this upgrade, all channels on our Local TV and Expanded Content channel tiers will require Wave digital equipment and a valid subscription to that service level.   2. Say “Main Menu”
  3. Say “Technical Support”
  4. Say “TV”
  5. Say “Yes” to the request to send a signal to your equipment
